Our mission is to offer meaningful classes, workshops, and resources for parents and children that will educate, enrich, and enlighten! Our classes for children are all designed to inspire and improve individual confidence. In addition, we also host private tea and etiquette parties, yoga birthday parties, custom classes for girl scouts, brownies, home-schooled children etc. We also make our lovely space available for educational workshops and other family-oriented clubs and organizations, who are in need of a place to connect. We welcome you to our ever-evolving center, where we hope you find comfort, inspiration, and meaningful experiences for your entire family!

Blueprint Parenting with Love & Logic® Classes – Learn easy and effective strategies to improve your skills and relationships with your children.
Parenting with Love & Logic® “Alumni” Drop-In Classes! – Relax with a coffee or cup of tea, share experiences, review L&L techniques, and problem solve together.
Childbirth Education Workshops – One-day couples workshops scheduled for you!
Family & Friends® CPR – Infant, Child & Adult – Parents, Grandparents, Babysitters – learn life saving methods today!
Mondays for Moms! – Connect with other moms and babies in this supportive and educational discussion group.
Prenatal Yoga – Flexibility, strength, mindfulness and confidence will grow with each class.
Family Yoga - Start the weekend focused and energized as a family!
Parenting Workshops – On the first Wednesday evening of each month, we are excited to host a different expert on a variety of important topics. October 5: Healthy Strategies for Feeding a Busy Family, November 2: How to Talk to Kids about Money, December 7: Your Child and Their Seven Senses – Come learn about the importance of sensory integration in childhood.

Story Time Yoga – Children 3-6 are introduced to yoga with stories, props, music and a new fun theme each week!
